Builders prepping new homes across North County – The San Diego Union-Tribune

As home prices in San Diego County continue to rise amid high buyer demand and short supply, homeowners will find some welcome news in these new neighborhoods, which are opening in North County:

Shea Homes

The information center at One Oak in Olivenhain opened this week and will be open daily. One Oak is a community of 28 single-family homes. The nine different floor plans offer four or five bedrooms and up to 5.5 bathrooms and range from 4,120 to 5,875 square feet. For more information, visit sheahomes.com.

California West Communities

Model homes will open at Encinitas Enclave on Nov. 11. The community will have 19 homes with up to 5,178 square feet of living space and up to six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Prices will start from the high $1 millions. The sales center is now open daily at 1441 Enclave Court, Encinitas, and a select number of homes have been released for sale before the model home opening. Hallmark Communities

A pre-sale and Dusty Shoe Tour is scheduled at 1125 South Cleveland St. in Oceanside from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 11-12. The 15 three-story townhomes are available with up to three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and they range from 1,337 to 1,865 square feet. New move-in ready homes are available at Harmony Grove Village in Escondido and at The Estates Del Sur. The Del Sur home is 6,858 square feet with five bedrooms and is priced at $2,495,900. Grading and infrastructure has begun at Seascape in Carlsbad, 6682 Peregrine Place. The 12 single-family homes will have three to five bedrooms with up to three bathrooms, with availability anticipated for spring 2018. Prices will start in the high $900,000s.

Kire Builders

Nickel Creek in Ramona has only a few townhomes left. Two homes, to be completed mid-November, are in the community’s final phase that backs up to the Santa Maria creek bed. A three-bedroom model home is also are available. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s. Next year, the builder will open Willow Ridge Estates, also in Ramona. These 17 single-family homes will feature four and five bedrooms and a Tesla solar system on a minimum of a half-acre lot. Prices start in the $600,000s.
