The information center at One Oak in Olivenhain opened this week and will be open daily. One Oak is a community of 28 single-family homes. Nickel Creek in Ramona has only a few townhomes left. Two homes, to be completed mid-November, are in the community’s final phase that backs up to the Santa Maria creek bed.
