Alabama product Cam Sims posts workout video while prepping for Redskins camp – Redskins Wire

Former Alabama Crimson Tide product Cam Sims was one of the offseason’s big winners with the Washington Redskins.

Undrafted or not, we noted Sims put his size (6’5″ and 214 pounds) on display at OTAs and turned heads.

Now he’s doing the same while working out over the break:

We’re beginning to see why Redskins head coach Jay Gruden told Redskins Wire’s Diane Chesebrough he’s impressed with Sims already:

“Cam [Sims] has stood out at wide receiver,” Gruden said. I think [Danny] Johnson stood out at corner. They have done some really good things.”

With a work ethic like this, Sims has a good chance at putting up a fight for the final roster, if not getting on the field.
